The Details of the Bride
The final pictures of the bride do not always show the detail that goes into a work like this. I thought I would try, try is the operative word here, to show you some of the details close up. The bouquet is made of "silk paper" painted, punched, embossed and all the things we do to paper. The tiny filler flowers around the large pink rose have stones in them. I don't know I thought it was cute. I think I saw crystals in a bride's bouquet on "Platinum Weddings" or a similar show. The arm close up shots are to demonstrate the beading and the stones that are placed on the lace. Also, get a load of the gargantuan engagement ring. The close up of the coronet is to show the beads and stones as well. Even the appliqués and lace edging on the veil are beaded and have applied stones. This series is complete. I have begun another sculpt to see if I can do it again. It'll take me some time, and the young miss will not be dressed as extravagantly. But she might be fun to see anyway. I have no idea what else we will do on the Creative Doll but stay tuned. I love to share these projects. Thanks, Kathi

Oh! The details! The beading! Exquisite! The bouquet is certainly right from "Platinum Weddings!" I do hope you are planning on keeping this doll! I have thoroughly enjoyed watching you dress this doll! Thank you so much!
